BanketCRM — CRM for banquet venues: the software a restaurant sells banquets with
Your guest builds the banquet.
You receive a finished request
Your guest follows your link, picks a date, a free hall and the dishes; the price adds up on its own — you confirm a finished request.
How it works
One banquet end to end:
from the link to the kitchen
You enter halls, dishes and prices once — after that the link does the work. First, what your guest sees through it. Just scroll: nothing here needs clicking.
Opened your link
Your restaurant's own page, with your halls and your photos. No listing site in between.
Built the menu
Your dishes, your prices. Change a price in the dashboard and new orders count by it.
Saw the exact total
Recalculated on every change. No more calls to check the price.
That was the guest's side.
Now what you see
Below are real dashboard screens. Looking at them is not enough — try them: open the availability calendar, expand a request, build the document.
Your part starts hereAvailability
The same hall promised twice
Two parties on one Saturday is the most expensive mistake a banquet venue makes. It usually surfaces a week out, when both have already heard yes. Below is the same February, twice. Click a date — then switch sides.
Requests
Agreed on Monday, forgotten by Friday
The date sits in a chat, the order in a notebook, the discount in the manager's head. By Friday nobody remembers what was agreed on Monday, and someone calls the guest to ask again. Click a request.
The hall is held once both sides confirm. Editing the order resets both confirmations.
Both sides confirmed — the hall belongs to this request, and on February 6 the Grand Hall will not be offered to anyone else.
The banquet took place on February 5. The request stayed whole — order and total — and you can come back to it a year later.
Nothing to keep in your head. Order, date, hall, discount and total live in one place, and change only there. And the hall is held only when both sides confirm: while the guest stays silent, the date does not count as sold.
Document
The kitchen list, without retyping it
The guest needs the deal on paper: what was ordered and for how much. The kitchen needs the dishes with counts. Usually all of it gets typed again in Word, and one line goes wrong right there.
The same order as in the request. Nothing was typed by hand — the document is assembled from what the system already holds.
The document for request #214 will appear here
One click instead of half an hour in Word. Until the guest confirms, the document comes out marked “preliminary quote” — so the kitchen never cooks from a draft.
You have just used the product itself, instead of reading a description of it.
Availability calendar · menu builder · automatic pricing · guest flow through your own link · requests with history · order PDF
Six tools, and all six are finished. There is not a single “coming soon” on this page: everything listed opens in the demo right now.
Alongside what you already have
Not a POS replacement
and not another booking book
They store. They do not sell.
The date lives with one person, in one copy. Every menu recount is done by hand, from scratch every time.
They take the room, and that is where it ends.
“We want a banquet for 20” still ends up in a chat and a spreadsheet: no menu, no pricing, no document there.
It rings up what is already sold.
“What about the price”, “send us the menu”, “can we skip the hot course” — none of that is the POS. That is you, in the evening, in a chat.
BanketCRM sits between the conversation and the POS — where the banquet still has to be sold.
First month
One month of work free.
Setup included
We are new to this market, and so far we have nothing to prove ourselves with except the work itself. That is why for the first venues we install and set everything up for free.
All six tools — no stripped-down version.
We enter halls and menu with you — that part is not your job.
No prepayment and no contract to start.
What happens during that month
After a month, you decide
We do not promise a lift in sales — we have no data for promises like that. Here is what we do promise: in one month you will see on your own requests whether we are useful. Terms after that we agree on when there is something to discuss.
Straight answers
The questions you
ought to be asking
BanketCRM is a new product, and we do not yet have a page of client logos and testimonials. We chose not to fake one. Instead we opened the whole product in a demo and work the first month for free. Look at it and decide by the product, not by promises.
The banquet still happens. Every confirmed request has an order PDF — the downloaded document stays with you, and the kitchen and the floor work from it independently of us. The dashboard and the calendar open from any device with a browser as soon as the service is up.
Yours. How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy, linked in the footer.
We do not compete with your POS and do not plug into it. The POS rings up a banquet that is already sold; we help sell it — from “we want a banquet” to a complete request with a total. After that it is your POS, as usual.
You walked the guest's path yourself, on the first screen of this page, with no instructions. Three steps: date, hall, dishes — the same way a guest orders food for delivery. And the phone does not go anywhere: whoever prefers to call still calls, the link simply takes part of those calls off you.
A spreadsheet remembers, but it does not sell and does not count. The guest still writes to you to learn the price, and you recalculate a menu for 45 people by hand, from scratch every time. And the file sits with one person: while they are away, the date stays unconfirmed. Keep the spreadsheet for reports — selling the banquet happens before it.
Yes. A kitchen is not required: you enter halls with their capacity, and instead of dishes you enter what you actually sell — packages like “the room for five hours”, catering items. Availability, pricing, requests and the document work the same. Country venues and lofts fit the same way.
There is no onboarding in the usual sense. Setup means entering halls and menu in the dashboard, which for most venues is one evening. When you join, we help fill it in.
